Abstract of the talk:In that talk, he gave a brief introduction of the importance of measurement system in the quality system management. He discussed the different components of measurement errors and how to estimate it in the case of variable measurement system. Further, he elaborated the importance of attribute measurement system based on the well-known attributed measurement data published by AIAG. A partial verification (PV) approach was proposed based on the availability of the costly variable measurement system. Proposed PV approachselected based on large number of simulations.
