In this interactive session, Prof. Ram Krishnan initiated a research dialogue by sharing his perspectives on contemporary issues. He spoke on topics such as ‘Dynamic presentation of offers and consumer choice’, ‘De-consumption and new business models’ and ‘Innovations beyond service dominant logic’ to trigger discussions on research issues that revolve around challenges businesses face in today’s environment.
